Continuous evidence
A maintained engineering and compliance record supported by CoCleantech reporting.
Cleanroom-as-a-Subscription is a managed operating model for suitable established clients who need continuous evidence, planned support and clear accountability around their controlled environment.
CaaS is intended to follow demonstrated project delivery and monitoring. By this stage, the environment, the client’s operating context and the required service rhythm are already understood.
CaaS is not positioned as a cold-start purchase. It is the longer-term outcome of a successful cleanroom project and a proven compliance-monitoring relationship.
A maintained engineering and compliance record supported by CoCleantech reporting.
Agreed preventive activity, requalification support and service response boundaries.
A defined relationship around the performance and support of the controlled environment.
Each stage gives both parties better information before the next commitment.
The cleanroom is engineered, supplied and documented through the project relationship.
Periodic reporting and support demonstrate the operational value of retained knowledge.
Responsibilities, reporting, response and performance expectations are defined for the environment.
Real-time particle monitoring, automated excursion alerts and connected dashboards form part of the planned IoT development pathway. These capabilities will only be presented as available when deployed and contractually supported.
A CaaS agreement must define the environmental performance basis, client responsibilities, exclusions, testing regime and regulatory boundaries. It does not transfer the client’s legal or product-quality obligations.
CaaS scope depends on classification, facility complexity, reporting frequency, response commitments, site support and contract duration.
Subscription tiers will remain unpublished until the commercial and contractual schedules are approved.
